The Terraces
The Terraces Phase 1 and 2 was the second major project I was involved with, and again I was the lead designer and art director for the Terraces brand by creating an identity around its renderings.
As with the Waterstock Properties brand in which it was developed, we wanted any potential home-owners to have trust in the brand and know immediately that the homes they were purchasing at The Terraces Phases 1 and 2 were of the highest quality and that close attention had been paid to each detail of their new home.
In addition to designing logos for each phase of the project, included in my scope of work was the fully-illustrated site map, floor plans, fence and marketing signage, display suite signage, website creation, feature sheets and folders and marketing brochure, to name only a few prominent parts of the project that I was involved with.
