Waterstock Properties
As lead designer and art director for the creation of the Waterstock Properties brand, I was tasked with designing and implementing their logo and brand-identity. Taking inspiration from development companies in London's West End, we wanted the tone of Waterstock to have an upscale, distinguished and timeless feel. We needed potential home-owners to have trust in the brand and know immediately that the homes they were purchasing through Waterstock Properties were of the highest quality and that close attention had been paid to each detail.
As part of the Waterstock specific brand, I worked mainly on developing Investors Decks for development projects, as well as logos for each of the developments that Waterstock was involved with.
